I don’t think it’s anything you are doing wrong. I started nutriherb along with a low carb diet. I ate as much food as I wanted, I just cut back the bad carbs. did NO calorie counting. I didn’t starve myself at all. I think nutriherb was a great help while on the low carb diet. it gave me the energy I needed and helped with the carb withdrawals at the beginning of the diet. I lost 5 pound the first week and another 5 the second week, 20 pounds in 5 weeks, I would love to lose another 10 and that would be perfect. I think I might have reached my plateau. I’m sure if I started to be more active and exercise I would probably reach my goal. Like Emmy stated a few posts below, nutriherb worked for some, not for others, but I don’t think it’s anything to do with, who you believe. It’s just everyone’s body is different and no one pill can work for everyone. If one did, we would all be on it. good luck!
