PLEASE READ:
If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!
We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.
We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.
Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.
Thank you. |

Hello Your stylist is using the product correctly. Wella color touch makes 2 developers. 1.9% which is a 3 volume & 2.6% which is a 9 volume. The 2.6% is ore durable on the hair. You can not use it without a developer. Color touch is very conditioning so I don't understand why he leaves it on for only 5 minutes. I might use a lighter shade and allow the color to develop longer to make it more durable on your hair. Now you say that your hair is prone to breakage on the top layer (despite lots of conditioning) I think your fine hair is breaking because of too much conditioning. You see when hair is wet it's weak, then we condition it to make it soft so that we can comb through it. We've been trained to think that we need lots of conditioner in our hair when in fact it makes our hair fall out right from the root. Tell me when do you see hair falling out? What is your hair texture, length and thickness. How often do you get your hair trimmed? Avoid putting conditioner on the top layer. Only on the ends of your hair. Wella color is very conditioning and leaves the hair shiny so don't over condition. Les PS Please leave a name so I can address you personally I don't want to call you question about developer LOL
